Sorry, but this is badly crafted. No MG 38 or MG 42 gunner ever would raise his body higher than his weapon. The gun is constructed in a way, that you can do all necessary activities, from loading procedure to barrel or clasp change, while laying in cover behind the machine gun. Also it's a strange way they are reloading the K98: Drawing the gun back, reloading and pointing at the enemy again. A trained soldier can do this, while being in position, without moving the gun. Third: The way soldiers are moving under fire: Upright, parallel to the frontline, whithout any coverage, while an enemy machine gun is firing. There is no way a soldier ever would do this, without beeing forced to. So this is unrealistic, bad made stuff. Regards Th. Krapf

Thank you, very good movie. I can relate to this pretty well, my grandfathers were in legion & grand uncle even in "czech hell" but he wasn't so lucky and spent many years in Gulag.

OK, now being a Marine, I LOVE my MARPAT. However, the germans had that it figured out like holy CRAP!!! I'd equip our military with the WW2 German camouflage if it were up to me!!!

A very very well executed short WW II Combat Story!! Details were impressive, however the lack of ‘white reversible camouflage smocks’ on the Waffen SS personnel is the only detail I would note as an exception.

It reminded me of that scene from "The Fallen" (2008) when those American troops encountered those Italian thugs. Nicely done, but it would have been even better in a war film just like Fury.

I really like it, just everything - locations, uniforms (especially), weapons, special effects, most importantly - the memories of the participants. We in Ukraine have been fighting off communist terrorists for 600 days, we feel everything ourselves, all the darkness of the Bolshevik evil spirits.💙💛

A couple of years ago, I got lost winter hiking in the area around Manderfeld, Losheimer Graben (border with Germany, the Our valley), and it was very scary as with the snow, every corner you turn looks like where you just came from and I kept thinking, just across that hill, and I'll be back on track...which I wasn't and this lasted for another 3 hours and it was getting dark. Now add enemy toops trying to kill you on top of that...nightmare. The dark forests there still have an eerie vibe to them. Especially in winter.
